Before You Order

TRND. is not fast fashion. Every design is drawn by hand. Every case is printed to order, one at a time. No stock. No production runs. No overproduction.

You're not ordering a mass-produced product. You're ordering a print that doesn't exist until you click.

Before confirming, take 30 seconds to check:

  • the phone model (iPhone 15, Galaxy S24, etc.)
  • the design you've chosen
  • your delivery address

A confirmed order goes into production immediately.

Your Rights

You have a legal 14-calendar-day withdrawal period starting from the date you receive your product, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

This right applies to all cases in our catalogue.

What You Can Return

  • Case in new condition, unused, not fitted to a phone
  • Original packaging intact (box, sleeve, labels)
  • Prior email notification to hello@trndshop.com
  • Returned within 14 days of your notification

Any product returned in any other condition will be sent back at your expense. No exceptions.

What You Cannot Return

  • A used, fitted, marked or scratched case
  • A case without its original packaging
  • A case returned without prior notification
  • A case returned outside the time limit

Procedure

  1. Email hello@trndshop.com with your order number.
  2. Within 48 business hours, we'll send you the return address and a return reference.
  3. You send the case back within 14 days, in its original packaging, with tracking.
  4. On receipt and inspection, the refund is processed.

No return without prior notification. Any parcel sent without prior contact will be refused on delivery.

Costs

  • Return shipping: at your expense. No exceptions.
  • Tracked postage: required. Without tracked proof of shipping, no refund will be issued in the event of loss.
  • If an incorrect address entered at checkout results in non-delivery, re-shipping costs are at your expense.

Refund

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item, to the original payment method.

Initial delivery costs are refunded at the standard delivery rate. If you chose express delivery, the difference remains at your expense.

Exchanges

No direct exchanges. If you want a different model or design: return, refund, new order.

Simpler and faster for everyone.

Defective Item

If the case arrives with a clear print defect, manufacturing fault, or does not match your order:

  • Contact us within 14 days at hello@trndshop.com
  • Attach photos of the product and packaging
  • Return, replacement or refund will be at our expense
