These Terms of Service govern the use of trndshop.com (the "Site"), published by LUDACOM, a private limited company (SARL) with share capital of €700, registered office at 139 rue La Fayette, 75010 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 912 100 260, operating the TRND. brand.

By accessing and using the Site, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms.

For any order placed on the Site, our Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply.

1. Site Access

The Site is accessible 24/7 except in cases of force majeure or maintenance. TRND. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice.

Access to the Site is free. Any costs related to your connection (hardware, software, internet access) remain your responsibility.

2. Customer Account

Creating an account is optional. It allows you to track your orders and save time on future purchases.

When registering, you agree to:

provide accurate and up-to-date information,
keep your password confidential,
notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

TRND. reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in cases of fraudulent use, breach of these Terms, or unlawful behaviour.

3. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site — illustrations, patterns, photographs, texts, logos, trademarks, code, and layouts — are the exclusive property of LUDACOM or used under authorisation.

The TRND. trademark and the original patterns signed Heako are protected under copyright and trademark law.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation, or exploitation — in whole or in part — without prior written authorisation is prohibited and constitutes infringement (Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).

Purchasing a TRND. product grants you a personal right to use the physical object — not a right over the design. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the illustrations printed on the cases.

4. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to:

copy, scrape, or index Site content without authorisation,
circumvent technical protection measures,
impersonate any third party,
introduce viruses, malicious code, or unlawful content,
use the Site for fraudulent purposes,
disrupt the operation, security, or availability of the Site,
collect data belonging to other users.

Any breach may result in immediate suspension of access and, if applicable, legal proceedings.

5. User Content

If you publish content on the Site (product reviews, public messages, comments), you warrant that:

you are the author or hold the necessary rights,
the content is not defamatory, abusive, or unlawful.

By publishing such content, you grant TRND. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, display, and use it in connection with the promotion of the Site and the brand, for an unlimited duration.

TRND. reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any non-compliant content.

6. External Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (social media, partners, service providers). TRND. has no control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content, practices, or privacy policies.

7. Availability and Liability

TRND. makes every effort to ensure the availability, security, and accuracy of information published on the Site, without being able to guarantee this absolutely.

TRND. cannot be held liable for:

temporary unavailability of the Site,
errors or omissions in published content,
damage resulting from improper use of the Site,
damage caused by a third party (intrusion, virus, failure of an external provider).

This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for personal injury.

9. Amendments

TRND. reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the date of your access. For any material change, we will notify you by email if you hold a customer account.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, you may contact our customer service at hello@trndshop.com.

If no amicable resolution is reached, and in accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use the following free mediation service:

Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
