Terms of sale

Article 1 — Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern purchases made on trndshop.com (the "Site") between:

LUDACOM, a private limited company (SARL) with share capital of €700, registered office at 139 rue La Fayette, 75010 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 912 100 260, operating the TRND. brand (hereafter "TRND.", "we", "us"),

and any adult natural person with legal capacity, acting as a consumer, making a purchase on the Site (hereafter "Customer", "you").

Placing an order on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. A copy is sent to you by email upon order confirmation.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are phone cases with printed designs, produced on demand (print-on-demand). Each product is described with its key characteristics: compatible model, material, design, and dimensions.

Illustrations and photographs are provided for indicative purposes only. Minor colour or rendering variations may occur due to the printing process and screen calibration, without affecting the conformity of the product.

Products are available subject to the references published on the Site. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, you will be informed and refunded within 14 days.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, and clearance fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the Customer's responsibility and are independent of TRND.

TRND. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Ordering

Orders are placed online by following the steps shown on the Site: model and design selection, add to cart, identification, delivery, payment, and confirmation.

Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs and the applicable prices, descriptions, and delivery costs.

A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. TRND. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reason.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering, via the methods available on the Site (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and others). Transactions are secured through Shopify Payments.

No banking data is stored by TRND.

Article 6 — Delivery

6.1 — Coverage

TRND. ships worldwide, subject to customs restrictions applicable in each country.

6.2 — Timeframes

As products are printed to order, the total lead time comprises:

an indicative production time of 2 to 5 business days,
a variable shipping time depending on the destination and carrier, communicated at the time of ordering.

Timeframes are indicative only. A delay does not entitle the Customer to cancellation, refund, or compensation unless the delay is manifestly excessive within the meaning of Article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

6.3 — Costs

Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation, based on the destination country and chosen shipping method.

6.4 — Receipt

Upon receipt, please check the condition of the package. In the event of damage or missing items, note your reservations with the carrier and contact us at hello@trndshop.com within 7 days, with supporting photographs.

6.5 — Incorrect Address

If an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the Customer results in non-delivery, re-shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.

Article 7 — Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Ownership transfers upon full payment of the price. Risk of loss or damage transfers upon effective delivery of the product to the Customer or to a designated third party, in accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement to hello@trndshop.com, or by using the withdrawal form in the annex below.

The detailed return procedure (product condition, process, costs, refund timeframes) is set out in our Refund Policy. Any returned case must be sent back in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, after prior notification by email.

Article 9 — Legal Warranties

All products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

You have 2 years from delivery to make a claim under the warranty of conformity. You may choose between repair or replacement, subject to the cost conditions set out in Article L.217-12.

We undertake to respond within 48 business hours.

Article 11 — Force Majeure

TRND. cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, including carrier strikes, print supplier failure, natural disasters, or administrative decisions.

Article 12 — Personal Data

Data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.

Article 13 — Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site and products — illustrations, patterns, trademarks, logos, texts, and photographs — are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Article 14 — Mediation and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you may first contact our customer service at hello@trndshop.com.

If your dispute has not been resolved after sending us a written complaint (by post or email), dated, describing the circumstances and your claim, you may refer the matter to the consumer mediator named below — provided you have received a negative written response from us, or have received no response within two months of sending your complaint.

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, we have put in place a consumer mediation scheme. The designated mediation body is:

Article 15 — Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the Customer's country of residence.
